Supervision and Mentorship
No matter where you are in your journey—whether you’re working toward certification or navigating the first steps as a new BCBA—you don’t have to do it alone. With personalized supervision and mentorship, you’ll gain the skills, confidence, and guidance you need to grow into a strong, ethical, and capable professional. Together, we’ll turn challenges into opportunities and set you up for long-term success!
I offer high-quality supervision for BACB® Standard Fieldwork, supporting aspiring behavior analysts in completing 2,000 supervised hours with at least 5% monthly oversight. My supervision includes collaborative goal-setting, competency-based training, structured feedback, and exam prep integration. With flexible scheduling and compassionate guidance from an experienced BCBA and Autism parent, shaping future compassionate and competent BCBAs while ensuring all BACB® requirements are met.
We provide supervision for BACB® Concentrated Fieldwork, helping trainees complete 1,500 supervised hours with 10% monthly oversight. Our supervision combines individualized goal-setting, hands-on training, structured feedback, and exam prep integration to build strong clinical, ethical, and professional skills. With flexible scheduling and guidance from an experienced BCBA and Autism parent, we ensure all BACB® requirements are met while shaping future compassionate and competent BCBAs.
My BCBA mentorship program is designed to support newly certified and early-career analysts as they transition into independent practice. Through compassionate guidance, collaborative problem-solving, and real-world case discussion, we help you build confidence, refine clinical decision-making, and strengthen leadership skills. Mentorship goes beyond fieldwork—it’s about ongoing professional growth, ethical practice, and developing into a well-rounded, compassionate BCBA®.
