Supporting Families. Guiding Future BCBAs.
Welcome to The Behavioral Mama!
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Jen—a BCBA®, autism parent, and mentor passionate about helping both families and future behavior analysts feel supported and empowered. Since 2016, I’ve guided aspiring BCBAs through supervision and mentorship. And as a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, I also walk alongside families as they navigate services, IEPs, and supports.
I believe success comes from more than checklists or data—it comes from compassion, guidance, and real-world experience. That’s why everything I offer is designed to not only meet requirements but to help you grow with confidence and clarity.
Why Work With Me?
Because I’ve been on both sides of the road—as clinician and parent. I know the pressures of supervision, the challenges of starting out as a BCBA, and the emotions of navigating an autism diagnosis. My approach combines professional expertise with lived experience, giving you both the knowledge and the compassion you deserve.
